Youth Aerial Classes

Youth Aerial Program (ages 8-13)

Let your child discover the joy of movement, creativity, and flight!

In this beginner-friendly aerial program, students ages 8–13 will build strength, confidence, coordination, and body awareness while learning exciting aerial skills in a safe and supportive environment.

The primary apparatus at the moment will be Aerial Hammock/Sling.

*Note: As the youth program grows, we will add more classes based on experience and age groups (ie ages 8-10, 11-14, beginners, intermediate, etc).

How to prepare:

Sign up for a “Youth Aerial Trial Class". For ages 8-13. Every participants first class (trial) gives young students the opportunity to experience aerial arts while instructors evaluate readiness for our weekly youth program or if they are best suited for the adults program.

Students should be able to:

  • Follow basic safety instructions.

  • Participate in a structured group setting.

  • Take turns.

  • Engage positively with the class environment.

  • Most importantly, would love to do aerials! Aerials is very uncomfortable and we want to make sure students are ready for the discomfort.

This helps us ensure your child starts in the right environment and has a positive experience in the air.

*Coaches can advice families to wait on joining aerial classes until they are a bit older and ready.
