Aerial Hoop

Aerial Hoop, also known as Lyra, is a suspended steel hoop that allows you to explore movement, strength, and artistry in the air. Students use the hoop to perform spins, balances, and poses that build core strength, flexibility, and body awareness.

Aerial Hammock

Aerial Hammock uses a soft fabric loop suspended from the ceiling to support, lift, and challenge your body.

In class, you’ll explore balance, strength, and flexibility through flowing sequences, supported inversions, and creative shapes.

Aerial Fluidity

Find your flow in the air. Hoop and Hammock Fluidity focuses on seamless transitions, creative movement, and the artistry that connects each trick into a story. Move with intention as you explore tempo, shapes, and expression, learning to let the hoop and fabric move with you, not just around you.

Aerial Dance

Designed for students with aerial foundations ready to bring more artistry and flow into their practice, this class blends aerial tricks with expressive movement and choreography. Reflecting the versatility of aerial dance, the apparatus for this class alternates every few weeks between Aerial Hammock and Lyra.

Aerial Silks

Aerial Silks is a dynamic practice that blends strength, flexibility, and fluid movement using two suspended fabrics. In this class, you’ll learn how to climb, wrap, invert, and transition through sequences both in the air and closer to the ground.

Aerial Yoga

Using a double-point hammock for added support and balance, this class focuses on improving flexibility, building strength, and introducing simple, accessible tricks and inversions. You’ll move through a combination of slow flow, conditioning, and deep stretch to leave feeling both challenged and restored.

No experience required. Great for all levels.

This class uses a double-point (two-anchor) hammock for added stability and support.

Flying Pole is designed for students with prior aerial experience or experience on a standard pole. In this class, you’ll learn foundational flying pole grips, transitions, spins, and controlled inversions while building strength, coordination, and aerial awareness.
