Class Description
Aerial Hoop, also known as Lyra, is a suspended steel hoop that allows you to explore movement, strength, and artistry in the air. Students use the hoop to perform spins, balances, and poses that build core strength, flexibility, and body awareness while encouraging creative expression.

No experience? No problem! This beginner-friendly class is the perfect entry point into the world of aerial movement. You’ll learn foundational skills like mounts, seated poses, and simple transitions, all while building strength, body awareness, and trust in yourself.

Have your foundations down and ready to sour? This class is perfect for advanced beginners ready to build a strong foundation in the hoop. You’ll explore various safe entries and exits, essential poses, and the strength and technique needed to unlock more complex skills down the line. Expect a balance of challenge and support as you refine your basics, grow confidence in the air, and begin shaping your own aerial flow.

Level 2 is where strength meets artistry. You’ll explore dynamic sequences, inversions, and creative transitions that push your skills to new heights. This class is for students comfortable with Level 1 moves who are ready to build endurance, grace, and personal expression in the air.
Pre-requisites:
6 months of level 1 classes.
Trapeze mount from top and bottom of hoop.
Straddle mount.
Pull over mount from top and bottom of hoop.

Designed for students with at least a Level 1-advanced beginner foundation or higher. This class explores a mix of skills tailored to your experience. You’ll refine your technique, learn new transitions, and be challenged at your own pace.

Aerial Hammock uses a soft fabric loop suspended from the ceiling to support, lift, and challenge your body. In class, you’ll explore balance, strength, and flexibility through flowing sequences, supported inversions, and creative shapes. Perfect for building core strength while experiencing the freedom of movement in the air.

Aerial Silks is a dynamic practice that blends strength, flexibility, and fluid movement using two suspended fabrics. In this class, you’ll learn how to climb, wrap, invert, and transition through sequences both in the air and closer to the ground building confidence and body awareness every step of the way.
Expect to develop upper-body and core strength, improve mobility, and explore creative expression.

This is not a structured class, there is no instructor guidance.
