Aerial Hoop, also known as Lyra, is a suspended steel hoop that allows you to explore movement, strength, and artistry in the air. Students use the hoop to perform spins, balances, and poses that build core strength, flexibility, and body awareness while encouraging creative expression.

  • No experience? No problem! This beginner-friendly class is the perfect entry point into the world of aerial movement. You’ll learn foundational skills like mounts, seated poses, and simple transitions, all while building strength, body awareness, and trust in yourself.

  • Have your foundations down and ready to sour? This class is perfect for advanced beginners ready to build a strong foundation in the hoop. You’ll explore various safe entries and exits, essential poses, and the strength and technique needed to unlock more complex skills down the line. Expect a balance of challenge and support as you refine your basics, grow confidence in the air, and begin shaping your own aerial flow.

    • Mounting and Dismounting Hoop via Side Climb

  • Level 2 is where strength meets artistry. You’ll explore dynamic sequences, inversions, and creative transitions that push your skills to new heights. This class is for students comfortable with Level 1 moves who are ready to build endurance, grace, and personal expression in the air.

    Pre-requisites:

    • 6 months of level 1 classes.

    • Trapeze mount from top and bottom of hoop.

    • Straddle mount.

    • Pull over mount from top and bottom of hoop.

  • Designed for students with at least a Level 1-advanced beginner foundation or higher. This class explores a mix of skills tailored to your experience. You’ll refine your technique, learn new transitions, and be challenged at your own pace.


    Pre-requisites:

    • Minimum of 1 month of Level 1 - Aerial Hoop classes.

Aerial Hammock uses a soft fabric loop suspended from the ceiling to support, lift, and challenge your body. In class, you’ll explore balance, strength, and flexibility through flowing sequences, supported inversions, and creative shapes. Perfect for building core strength while experiencing the freedom of movement in the air.

  • Step into flight, no experience needed. This beginner-friendly class introduces you to the basics of aerial hammock, including wraps, seated poses, gentle inversions, and supported stretches. You’ll build strength, balance, and confidence in a safe, welcoming space.

  • Perfect for advanced beginners, this class builds on foundational skills while introducing you to deeper strength, technique, and flow in the hammock. You’ll learn safe progressions into inversions, transitions, and creative shapes, designed to challenge you while keeping movement accessible and supported.

    Pre-requisites:

    • Ability to safely mount and dismount the hammock unassisted.

    • Straddle Inversion unassisted.

    • Catchers climb/diaper.

    • Climb to hip key.

    • Basic standing positions.

    • Front hip balance.

  • This class welcomes students of all styles and strengths, offering variations to match your level. You must be at least a Level 1 student (advanced beginner) or have instructor approval to join.

    Pre-requisites:

    • Minimum of 1 month of Level 1 Hammock classes.

    • Pull over mount to hip balance.

Hoop Fluidity Pre-Requisites

    • 1 month of level 1 classes.

    • Previous intermediate hoop experience required.

Hammock Fluidity Pre-Requisites:
3 months of Hammock Level 1 classes.

Aerial Silks is a dynamic practice that blends strength, flexibility, and fluid movement using two suspended fabrics. In this class, you’ll learn how to climb, wrap, invert, and transition through sequences both in the air and closer to the ground building confidence and body awareness every step of the way.

Expect to develop upper-body and core strength, improve mobility, and explore creative expression.

Designed for beginners, this class builds the foundational strength and body awareness needed for aerial training. You’ll focus on core engagement, grip strength, shoulder stability, and safe movement patterns using both the apparatus and the floor.

No aerial experience required. This class is ideal for first-timers or anyone looking to build strength to support their aerial journey.

Open Aerial Lab is a self guided training space for students who want extra time to practice, explore, and refine their skills.
This is not a structured class, there is no instructor guidance.

Apparatus' Available:
Hoops, Hammock, Silks, Loops, Straps, and Aerial Pole

Pre-requisite:

  • Must have previous experience on your chosen apparatus.

  • Must be able to safely mount, dismount, and train independently on your chosen apparatus.

This dynamic Sunday class blends power yoga and yin yoga to support strength, mobility, and recovery—making it ideal for students cross-training in Muay Thai, kickboxing, and other high-intensity disciplines.

We’ll begin with a strong, athletic power flow designed to build heat, improve balance, and strengthen the muscles that support punching, kicking, and rotational movement. The second half of class slows down into deep, grounding yin poses, targeting hips, hamstrings, calves, and spine to improve flexibility, joint health, and recovery.

Expect a balance of effort and ease “strong first, soft last” so you leave feeling worked, restored, and ready for the week ahead.

All levels are welcome. Modifications provided.

Yoga for Strength, Mobility & Recovery

An all-levels class designed to improve mobility, flexibility, and active range of motion.

Modifications and progressions are offered so students can work at their own pace, whether you’re building flexibility for the first time or deepening your existing practice. Great for supporting aerial training and overall movement health.

All levels are welcome. Modifications provided.

What to wear?

Wear fitted athletic clothing that covers the back of the legs, midsection, and underarms. Please remove all jewelry (rings, bracelets, watches, zippers, and necklaces) prior to joining the class. Please do not wear any lotion or make up on your body that can stain the apparatus. Please remove shoes upon arrival.

Note: Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be removed from participation with no refund.
