  • Wear fitted athletic clothing that covers the back of the legs, midsection, and underarms.

    Please remove all jewelry (rings, bracelets, and necklaces) prior to joining the class.

  • Yes! Our Intro classes are beginner-friendly and designed for all levels. We’ll guide you step-by-step so you feel supported and confident from day one.

  • Class average size is 5. Yes you will receive personal attention. 

  • Not at all. No experience is required—you’ll build strength and flexibility gradually through class. Everyone starts somewhere!

  • We ask for at least 6 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This helps us keep classes small and ensures everyone has a fair chance to participate. Read our cancellation policy for more details.

  • First timers can attend their first class for $20. This is a low-commitment way to try it out before purchasing a package or membership.

  • Our adult classes are open to ages 13 and up. The goal is to have a youth program in the future so stay tuned!

  • Yes that is the goal! As the studio grows, demands will grow, and classes will be added to the schedule. We will also challenge you if you are comfortable in the intro class.

  • Our vibe is 100% supportive. No egos here—just a welcoming, encouraging community focused on progress, not perfection.

  • Of course! Chop and Chops MMA members are welcomed. We have special pricing of a $25 drop in for those with active memberships at the MMA gym.
