Studio Policies
Our studio policies are designed to keep everyone safe, supported, and respected while enjoying aerial movement. Reading them ensures you understand class etiquette, safety guidelines, and booking procedures. Please be sure to read studio policies before taking a class.

We ask that all students arrive on time to ensure a safe and complete experience. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after class starts, you may not be permitted to join.
This policy exists to protect your body. Warm-ups are essential to prevent injury and to maintain the flow of class for everyone.
If you’re running late, please message. We’ll do our best to accommodate when possible, but missed classes due to lateness are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We understand that life gets busy, but no-shows (missed classes without notice) are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Giving us a heads-up allows us to support waitlisted students and create the best experience for everyone in class. We will also give you your class credit to use at another time, simply email us.
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 6 hours in advance to avoid losing your class credit.

To honor your time, your instructors, and the space we’re building together, we ask that all class cancellations be made at least 6 hours in advance.
Cancel through your wellness living account 6 hours before class to receive class credit or reschedule.
Cancellations made less than 6 hours before class, or not showing up, are non-refundable and
non-transferable.This policy ensures that:
Waitlisted students have time to step in.
Our instructors can prepare intentional, tailored classes.
Every student’s journey is protected and valued.

We are intentional about creating a space where everyone can feel safe, respected, supported, and welcome. Therefore, we have zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, bullying, intimidation, or disrespect based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, body size or appearance, socioeconomic background, or any other aspect of a person's identity or background.
We expect everyone, students, instructors, staff, and guests, to treat one another with kindness, respect, and consideration. This includes respecting personal boundaries, following safety guidelines, and creating an environment where everyone can learn and participate comfortably.
We are protective of our space and our community. If your words or actions create an unsafe, hostile, discriminatory, or consistently disrespectful environment for our participants or instructors, you will be asked to leave and will not be permitted to return.
Luna Ascend reserves the right to ask anyone to leave and/or not return if their behavior compromises the safety, comfort, or well-being of our community.Respect goes both ways.

Wear fitted athletic clothing that covers the back of the legs, midsection, and underarms.
Please remove all jewelry (rings, bracelets, watches, zippers, and necklaces) prior to joining the class.
Please do not wear any lotion or make up on your body that can stain the apparatus.
Please remove shoes upon arrival.

All purchases at Luna Ascend are final. We do not offer refunds pr partial refunds on classes, class packages, memberships, workshops, events, or retail purchases.
