Luna Ascend is a small, minority-owned aerial hoop studio rooted in the belief that every body, regardless of size, shape, strength, or experience deserves to feel powerful, seen, and free.
We challenge the idea that you need to look a certain way or have a certain background to move in extraordinary ways. Athleticism, shape, size, or experience do not define your ability to be an aerialist. What matters is your willingness to show up, try, and trust the process. The air is for everyone, including you.
Founded by a mother, martial artist, and lifelong mover, Luna Ascend was born from the postpartum journey of healing, rediscovery, and transformation. What started as a personal return to movement has grown into a space where others can do the same; through aerial hoop, hammock, and community-driven empowerment.
We are more than just a studio. We are a movement. A space where you’re encouraged to show up exactly as you are and rise beyond what you thought possible.
