Intro to Flying Pole: Mini Series

*NOT FOR INTRO AERIAL STUDENTS. MUST HAVE AERIAL OR POLE EXPERIENCE.
Flying Pole class is an introductory class designed for students with prior aerial experience or experience on a standard pole. In this class, you’ll learn foundational flying pole grips, transitions, spins, and controlled inversions while building strength, coordination, and aerial awareness.
We focus on clean technique, safe mounting and dismounting, and understanding how movement shifts when the pole is suspended. Expect conditioning, skill breakdowns, and short combinations to help you build confidence in the air.
Prerequisites:
• Must have aerial apparatus experience or pole experience.
• Ability to engage shoulders and core with control.
• Must be able to maintain a dead hang with active shoulder engagement (no collapsing) for 10 seconds or more.

Intro to Silks

A Community Class to introduce the Community to a new Aerial Apparatus!
Aerial Silks is a dynamic practice that blends strength, flexibility, and fluid movement using two suspended fabrics. In this class, you’ll learn how to climb, wrap, invert, and transition through sequences both in the air and closer to the ground building confidence and body awareness every step of the way.
Expect to develop upper-body and core strength, improve mobility, and explore creative expression.
For beginners, no experience required.
